Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or already known to the recipient at the time of disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Fidele provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the services.

In no event shall The Fidele be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to The Fidele. Termination will be effective upon receipt of the notice, and the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
Termination by The Fidele
The Fidele reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time if the client breaches any terms of the Agreement or engages in unlawful activities.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which The Fidele’s head office is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
The Fidele reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
